I'm a proud customer of OneUnited Bank. I recently opened opened up checking and saving accounts online and it was a seamless process. I also receive fast and friendly customer service anytime I need to speak to someone about my banking needs.I didn't even realize that the people actually believe the false myths mentioned in this video. However, I am happy to see that OneUnited is taking to time to knock out these myths via this campaign and the routine Facebook Live events. You have a customer for life! Thanks!

I would have loved it if you had really focused on the modernization part. Most folks really don't believe that you can have all the modern conveniences of online banking with Black banks.. It convinced me to go with OneUnited. You need to really drive this home. Saying Killer Mike banks black...meh. Not too convincing for Gen Xers.

I recently opened a checking account with you. During process of switching my accounts over to you, I found out that oneUnited currently doesn't support digital payments (ApplePay, Andriod pay, or Samsung pay). Is that something you are working on implementing? I want to make oneUnited my primary checking account, but was very disappointed when I found out digital payments are not supported.

I am one of about ten hardworking Black people that have been practicing the Isuzu savings concept successfully for more than ten years. We are now ready to move from a personal savings club to a new level - Financial Investment Club. We have a target investment we are willing to risk our money in, but we need more financial literacy start-up information on the ground floor. Is there a person or persons in the Washington DC Metropolitan area willing to speak to, meet with, and/or work with our group? We are ready to BankBlack! Any recommendations???

I opened an account here, in the wake of the Alton Sterling and Philando Castile killings in 2016. I have my wages directly deposited to this bank, and I'll soon get a secured credit card from here. I try my best to stay in good standing with you guys, because we need our Black-owned and operated financial institutions now more than ever!

This video was very nicely done. For it to have even more impact, if you had given a little more information with each true or false answer, it could have informed viewers and given them info to help you dispel the myths with others that they talk to. Maybe you can do Part II......Just a suggestion.....
