Charles Boyce

Charles Boyce is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OneUnited Bank. He is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s accounting, treasury, finance and planning operations.

Prior to joining OneUnited Bank in 2023, he was Executive Vice President at Millbrae Energy Resources LLC. Before that, he was VP, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Fruit Growers Supply Company. Mr. Boyce has 18 years of regional and community banking experience, including senior financial and executive roles at Union Planters Bank in Memphis, Tennessee, Capital Bank in Miami, Florida, and Capital Bank of California in Los Angeles.

Mr. Boyce began his career at KPMG in Los Angeles where he focused primarily on banking industry clients. Mr. Boyce graduated cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 with a B.S. in Economics and major concentrations in Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California, a Certified Management Accountant, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
