Community Bank understand, but it’s hard for me to want to participate when ther is no information that's given except from the internet and on a daily bases these things are getting disturbed by the person who can work the computer the best, of course that’s not me, but I’m truley on board with Black Interprise would like to see this come together. I saw this ad on Newsone with Roland Martin when he interviewed the owner that was a young lady, I need more concrete Iimformation. Is there anything else I can have for security purposes, for one reason my imformation has been stolen before and that’s something that I can’t handle again, I need help with this and I do have trust issues.

We have a business checking account and need to add an account signer -- I was told that can only be done in person, however we are located hours away in Northern CA and would need to fly down there. Other banks we have talked to are willing to accept an ID, signed forms, etc., so I'm wondering why OneUnited, which has so few branches, would not allow people to change signature card holders without them having to get on a plane to fly down there. That cannot be feasible for businesses outside of the immediate area of a branch.
