Week 12

A group of people posing for a picture in an art gallery.

The OneUnited Mural Project had a wonderful celebration of our Teen Apprentices! We were touched by the moving recognition of each of their gifts by our artist, Addonis Parker. We also enjoyed dinner with their families, shared a gallery of their work, provided them with a Certificate of Completion and honored the team who worked behind the scenes to make the OneUnited Mural Project successful. It was great having members of the OneUnited Bank Board of Directors and the President of the Miami Children’s Initiative, Cecilia Gutierrez-Abety, attend among others. We now wait to see Thunder & Enlightening, the mural by Addonis Parker that is being unveiled at OneUnited Bank, 3275 NW 79th Street, Miami FL on July 11, 2015 at 5:00 PM.
