As part of the process for funding your new account at OneUnited Bank, we make a trial deposit to verify ownership of your bank account. To verify your trial deposit, please follow these simple steps:

Inquire directly with your bank (online, by phone, ATM, or in-person) to identify the deposit and record the amount or amounts of the deposit.
Deposits usually show as being from ‘ACCOUNT VERIFY’ or ‘ACH DEPOSIT’ or TRANSFER. (Note: The transaction amount will be less than $10.00. In some cases, we may have made both a transfer in and a transfer out, but in these cases the amounts will be the same so that your account balance is unaffected.)

Find an email from OneUnited Bank that has a unique link just for you to verify your trial deposit. This email came to you right after you completed your application to tell you to check your account after 2 days to confirm your trial deposit. Click on the link in this email.

Enter your information and follow the instructions provided on-screen to complete the process for funding your new account.
