Question: Are there any fees?

Answer: There are no monthly maintenance fees for our online E-CD. However, there are miscellaneous fees such as a fee if you deposit a check and it is returned unpaid.

There is a monthly Maintenance Service Charge Membership Fee of $3 for our online E-Money Market account if your average daily balance falls below the minimum balance to avoid the fee. There is a monthly Maintenance Service Charge Membership Fee of $5 for our U2 Savings if your average daily balance falls below the minimum balance to avoid the fee. There is a monthly Maintenance Service Charge Membership Fee of $8 for our UNITY E-Style Checking if your average daily balance falls below the minimum balance to avoid the fee.

OneUnited Bank waives the Maintenance Service Charge Membership Fee for U2 Savings and UNITY E-Style Checking for every month you receive a direct deposit. Please review our Online Truth In Savings Disclosures for more details.

Question: Do you charge a fee to transfer funds online between OneUnited Bank and my other bank accounts?

Answer: No. Not for our standard service.

We do offer a next day premium transfer service and a $10 fee is assessed for next day outbound transfers.

Question: Is there a way to withdraw money via my ATM card without paying an ATM surcharge?

Answer: Yes. You can withdraw funds from over 15,000 surcharge free ATMs. Simply look for the Money Pass or SUM decals…or visit our website (www.oneunited.com) under the Branch/ATM locations section.

Question: Your disclosures say there is a Charge Per Debit fee? What is that?

Answer: For our E-Money Market account and our U2 Savings account, we charge $1.00 for each withdrawal in excess of 6 per month. Our E-Money Market and U2 Savings accounts are not transaction accounts…we like to encourage savings.

Question: Your disclosures say there is an Excess Transaction Fee? What is that?

Answer: We charge $10.00 for each check, draft, debit card, or similar order payable to third parties in excess of 6 per month. We will not charge you $10.00 for withdrawals to yourself. Our E-Money Market and U2 Savings accounts are not transaction accounts…we like to encourage savings.
