As part of the process for funding your new account at OneUnited Bank, we make a trial deposit to verify ownership of your bank account. To verify your trial deposit, please follow these simple steps:
Inquire directly with your bank (by phone, ATM, or in-person) to identify the deposit and record the amount or amounts of the deposit.
Deposits usually show as being from 'ACCOUNT VERIFY' or 'ACH DEPOSIT' or TRANSFER. (Note: The transaction amount will be less than $10.00. In some cases, we may have made both a transfer in and a transfer out, but in these cases the amounts will be the same so that your account balance is unaffected.)
* The interest rate (3.55%) and annual percentage yield (APY) (3.60%) is effective today and has been effective as of April 7, 2008. $1,000.00 minimum balance to open and earn disclosed APY. All rates are subject to change daily. Interest on savings is compounded and credited quarterly. Fees may reduce earnings on the account.
